Grilled Cod

Rinse the cod fish, soak up the water with kitchen paper

Sprinkle pepper evenly on both sides of the cod, smear a suitable amount of edible salt, and marinate for about 10 minutes to make the cod more delicious

Prepare a small baking tray, line it with tin foil, and then brush the tin foil with cooking oil

Put the marinated cod on the tin foil and brush a thin layer of oil on the surface of the cod

The oven is set to 200 degrees. After the upper and lower tubes are preheated for 5 minutes, put the grilling net in the middle of the oven, the baking tray is placed on the grilling net, and the upper and lower tubes are heated at 200 degrees for 14 minutes

Take out the baking tray midway, turn the cod over, brush with cooking oil, put it back in the oven and continue baking
Tips:
There is no need to add too much seasoning when marinating the cod to keep the cod itself fresh;
If you want to eat tender cod, the time is shorter, and if you want to eat crispy, the time can be extended by 10 minutes.
This recipe uses a Midea smart electric oven, model T7-L384D, with a capacity of 38L and a power of 1800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
