Grilled Cod with Korean Spicy Sauce

Prepare the ingredients and wash the cod

Make a few cuts on the cod, add salt, cooking wine, pepper, ginger, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Put the marinated fish on a non-stick oil baking pan, brush both sides with a layer of oil

Preheat the oven, the upper and lower fire is 210 degrees, into the middle layer and bake for 30 minutes

When the time is up, brush both sides of the cod with Korean chili sauce, brush the surface with a layer of oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and re-enter the oven to bake for 10 minutes.
