Grilled Eggplant

Wash the eggplants, remove the roots, brush them with oil, and put them on the baking tray

Preheat the oven, the upper and lower pipes are 210 degrees, into the middle layer, bake for 15 minutes, until the eggplant becomes soft

In the meantime, mince garlic and parsley

Put minced garlic in a bowl, add Maggi, salt, oil, and mix well

Cut the eggplant from the middle, add the adjusted sauce evenly, and sprinkle with chili noodles

Re-enter the oven at 210 degrees, bake for 5 minutes, remove and sprinkle with coriander.
