Grilled Eggplant with Cheese

Cut the eggplant into quarters vertically.

Cut the bacon, onion, and red pepper into shreds, and cut the matsutake into slices.

Put the eggplant in the oven and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the tomato sauce.
5.
Put the cut materials on.

Sprinkle pizza cheese and ricotta cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10 minutes.
