Grilled Eggs with Wild Onions
1.
Prepare a small handful of wild onions and 2 eggs.
2.
Wash the wild onions, drain the water, and cut off the browned leaves at the tail.
3.
Shell the eggs and beat them up for later use.
4.
Cut the wild onion to the length of the chopstick head.
5.
Put the chopped wild onions into the egg mixture.
6.
Mix the wild onions and eggs evenly.
7.
Add 30 grams of water and 2 grams of salt and stir. If you don't add it, it will be a wild onion egg pancake. It is not easy to pick up the egg liquid when cooking.
8.
Heat a non-stick pan, add 5 grams of cooking oil, and pour in the wild onion egg liquid.
9.
When the egg liquid starts to solidify, use a spatula to scatter the egg batter continuously.
10.
Grill and pull until the water is fried and dry, and the eggs can be turned off when they are formed.
Tips:
1. Water must be added to make this dish. If no water is added, it is a wild onion omelet.
2. The saltiness can be adjusted flexibly according to taste.
