Grilled Enoki Mushrooms with Shiitake Sauce

Fold a rectangular box with tin foil, remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, and place them inside.

Drizzle some oil on top of enoki mushrooms.

Sprinkle some salt. Serve with spicy shiitake mushroom sauce. Then pour out the spicy red oil in the mushroom sauce and pour it on the surface of the enoki mushrooms.

Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Garlic and dried chili, sprinkle on top of enoki mushrooms.

Heat the oil to nine minutes hot, pour it on top of the enoki mushrooms and sprinkle with shallots.
Tips:
1. The oven does not need to be preheated, just put it in.
2. Shiitake sauce also has a salty taste, but in order to make the salty taste even, some sprinkle on the front.
