Grilled Fish

Clean the fish and cut a few knives on the fish

Sliced green onion and ginger

Wash and chop coriander

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant. Change the heat to low heat and add fish to fry.

Turn over and fry and add some water

Add cooking wine

Add soy sauce

Add braised sauce
9.
Add salt and simmer over high heat until the soup thickens. Sprinkle with chopped coriander
Tips:
Add the braised sauce to the fish, it tastes good.
