Grilled Fish

Prepare a tilapia, remove the scales, wash, add salt and cooking wine to marinate for half an hour, cut the onion, bamboo shoots, carrots, and tofu skins into small pieces and put them on the baking tray (the baking tray should be covered with tin foil). The fish is placed on top of the vegetables.

When ready, put it in the oven and bake, brush with vegetable oil with a brush, and continue to bake.

After roasting for 20 minutes, brush with barbecue sauce and continue roasting.

After roasting for an hour, the fragrant grilled fish is out of the pot and ready to be eaten.
