Grilled Fish Cubes

Ingredients: silver carp, onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, fresh white sugar, coriander, dried red pepper, shiitake mushrooms

Method: Wash the silver carp, remove the head, and cut into pieces

Wash the green onion and ginger and cut into slices and sections, soak the dried red pepper with cold water, cut into sections, and chop the coriander into finely.

Marinate for more than 30 minutes with salted cooking wine, green onion and ginger

Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked and thinly sliced

Hot pot with cold oil, add green onion, ginger and dried red pepper

Add fish nuggets with cooking wine and soy sauce and sugar

Flip the fish pieces slightly to make the seasoning even

Add water to a boil

Add salt and cover the pot and cook slowly for 20 minutes, turning once in the middle

Tips:
Don’t flip too much, otherwise the fish pieces will easily fall apart
The longer the fish cubes are marinated, the more delicious the fish cubes will be, and they won’t break
