Grilled Fish with Dried Onions

1. Prepare the required materials.

2. Wash the carp, cut into large pieces, fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides, shovel and set aside.

3. Wash the dried onion and remove the coat, cut into circles, cut the red pepper into small sections, prepare an appropriate amount of shredded ginger, and set aside.

4. Take a small bowl, add the appropriate amount of oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, chicken essence and water, stir evenly to make a sauce, set aside.
