This seems to be the second time I grilled fish in the oven. Normally, I am still used to frying fish. Of course, when frying fish, there is a downside of too much fumes and the whole house will be full of fishy smell. The range hood here is different from the domestic ones, and the range hood function cannot play a very good role in Chinese cooking. It takes longer to bake fish in the oven, but the nasty fumes are less. "

Grilled Fish with Lemon and Mint

1. After the fish is prepared, sprinkle a little salt and pepper.

2. After wiping off the water, put it in a baking tray and coat with a little olive oil.

3. Set the oven to 180 degrees and put it in the baking tray for 25 minutes.

4. Pour a little olive oil into the hot pan during the heat, add onions and fry for a while.

5. Then pour in the previously prepared sauce. (Mixed with lemon juice, fish sauce and Thai sauce)

6. Simmer for a while and add mint.

7. Then add parsley and green onion.

8. Take out the baking tray and pour in the cooked sauce.

9. Put it back in the oven and continue baking for about 20 minutes.

10. Add a nine-story tower before turning off the oven and use the residual heat for two to three minutes.

11. Then take it out.
