Grilled Fish with Lemon and Mint

After the fish is prepared, sprinkle a little salt and pepper.

After wiping off the water, put it in a baking tray and coat with a little olive oil.

Set the oven to 180 degrees and put it in the baking tray for 25 minutes.

Pour a little olive oil into the hot pan during the heat, add onions and fry for a while.

Then pour in the previously prepared sauce. (Mixed with lemon juice, fish sauce and Thai sauce)

Simmer for a while and add mint.

Then add parsley and green onion.

Take out the baking tray and pour in the cooked sauce.
9.
Put it back in the oven and continue baking for about 20 minutes.
10.
Add a nine-story tower before turning off the oven and use the residual heat for two to three minutes.
11.
Then take it out.
