Grilled Fish with Pickled Peppers
1.
1. Fish: Scratch two or three knives on the back, wipe some salt and cooking wine for more than half an hour, chop pickled ginger pickled cabbage and put it in the belly of the fish, then spread some oil on both sides of the fish, sprinkle pepper noodles and sea pepper noodles with five spices Spread the powdered cumin powder evenly (add according to personal taste). Put the fish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, then turn it over and bake for 5 minutes (I grilled crucian carp is relatively small, maybe the larger fish needs to be grilled a little longer)
2.
Slice potatoes, cut carrots and cucumbers into strips, cut pineapples into small pieces, and cut green peppers into small pieces. You can also add fungus, kelp, etc. according to your personal taste.
3.
Slice ginger and garlic, chop pickled pepper, pickled ginger, pickled cabbage, salted cabbage or mustard tuber finely (because it is pickled pepper flavor, I also like to eat kimchi, so I put more kimchi, you can add it according to your taste), add it in the pot A small spoonful of Pixian bean paste and stir fry until fragrant, then add potatoes, carrots, then cucumber, pineapple, green pepper, drop two drops of vinegar, add a little sugar, and fry all the side dishes.
4.
Chop the fried side dishes (not the condiments) with chopsticks, spread them on the bottom of the plate, put the grilled fish, and finally pour all the fried ingredients on the fish
5.
To make the grilled fish more delicious, put the whole fish in the microwave and heat it for a minute or two. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander at the end. Delicious!
Tips:
1. Since I never add MSG in my cooking, I personally feel that it does not affect the taste. Friends who are used to eating MSG can add a little MSG. 2. The crucian carp I use is grilled because there are fewer people. If there are more people, you can grill silver carp, mullet, etc. However, it may take longer to code the flavor and grill the fish.
