Grilled Fish with Scallions

Remove the scales and wash the fish. Prepare an onion and a piece of ginger. Choose a medium-sized onion, not too small.

Cut the fish a little more than 1 cm apart, make the cut as deep as possible, but don’t cut it off.

Cut the onion and ginger into small pieces

Add the diced green onion and ginger to all the salt needed for the grilled fish and mix well

Spread green onion and ginger on both sides of the fish body, especially the knife edge, fill it up, and marinate for about 1 hour

Frying machine oil

Put in the marinated fish

Start the grilling machine and roast the fish

When time is up, turn the fish over and bake for 1 program (because the bottom fire of the grill is larger)
Tips:
Spread green onion and ginger on both sides of the fish body, especially the knife edge of the fish body, fill it up, so the amount of onion and ginger should be a little more. Lest it isn't enough.
Add enough salt to mix the onion and ginger at a time, and master it according to your taste.
