Grilled Fish with Vegetables

Wash the fish and cut it with a knife.

Adjust the juice: put cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and salt in the bowl to make the sauce.

Put the prepared sauce on the fish, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and marinate for 1 hour.

Spread a layer of oil on the bottom of the baking tray, put an appropriate amount of green onion, ginger, garlic, and put in the marinated fish. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Add vegetables after roasting.
