Now more and more people like to eat grilled fish, but the cost of eating outside is very high, and it’s easy to make it at home. The key is clean and hygienic. You can also match the ingredients according to your preference.

Grilled Fish with Vegetables

1. Wash the fish and cut it with a knife.

2. Adjust the juice: put cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and salt in the bowl to make the sauce.

3. Put the prepared sauce on the fish, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and marinate for 1 hour.

4. Spread a layer of oil on the bottom of the baking tray, put an appropriate amount of green onion, ginger, garlic, and put in the marinated fish. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

5. Add vegetables after roasting.

6. In another pot, put oil in the pot, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, add a bowl of water, boil and pour it into the baking pan.

7. Re-enter the oven at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.

Tips:

My fish is medium in size, about 1 catty and a half
