Grilled Frozen Tofu

Main raw materials: oily gluten, frozen tofu, soaked mushrooms, rape.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into pieces with an oblique knife, cut the green onion into olive sections, shred the ginger, and cut a cross knife at the root of the rape.

Boil the cut rapeseed in boiling water and remove it for later use.

Heat oil in the bottom of the wok, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

After sauteing the scallions and ginger, add the mushrooms and stir fry.

Stir fry the shiitake mushrooms and add two spoons of oyster sauce.

Add a tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and use dark soy to color.

Add clean water, (the water for soaking mushrooms can also be added to enhance the flavor).

Add the gluten bubble and frozen tofu, boil over high heat, and simmer for a few minutes on medium heat to make the gluten and tofu more delicious. (You can use chopsticks to poke gluten into a hole, which makes it easier to cook through)

When there is a quarter of the soup left, add blanched rapeseed and stir fry over high heat.

After stirring evenly, thicken the starch with water.

Bring to high heat until the juice is thick, then turn off the heat and serve.

The delicious shiitake mushrooms and gluten roasted frozen tofu can be eaten.
