Grilled Golden Pomfret with Garlic

Weigh 10 grams of cooking wine and 25 grams of light soy sauce in a measuring cup, and prepare another 350 milliliters of water, chopped green onion, ginger, parsley, peel the garlic, weigh 10 grams of sugar and 2 grams of salt.

The guts of the golden pomfret were cleaned (in order to keep the fish intact, I used a hook to hook the guts from the gills). The fish was cut into a diamond-shaped flower knife on both sides and salted for half an hour.

Tips:
Because salt is already put in the marinating, there is no need to add it during the production process.
