Grilled Lamb Chops (oven Version)

Prepare all materials

Lamb chops soak in hot water to remove blood

Then marinate with chopped green onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, spices, black pepper, ground cumin, olive oil for 2 hours

Place the lamb chops on the grill, put tin foil or absorbent paper on the baking tray, put it at the bottom to catch the oil, and preheat the oven

Put it into the Westinghouse WTO-PC3001C steam oven and bake at 200℃ for 30 minutes

Remove the lamb chops, sprinkle with cumin powder, transfer to the grill and bake for 5 minutes

Finally, sprinkle some rosemary and cut into pieces
Tips:
Be sure to choose a good variety of lamb, and it must be delicious. Before marinating, it must be soaked in clean water to remove blood. All the marinade and seasonings must be added. During the marinating process, the seasoning can be adjusted according to personal preference. Adjust according to the temper of your own oven
