Grilled Lamb Skewers

Dice the mutton, salt, and rub the eggs evenly, absorb the egg liquid into the mutton to make it tender. Add green onion, ginger slices, cooking wine, cumin, chili noodles, sweet noodle sauce, soybean paste, tomato sauce and stir well

Add corn starch, glutinous rice flour, fine corn flour and mix well

Put them in skewers for later use. If you can't finish them at once, put them in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze them in the refrigerator.

Put tin foil on the baking tray, grease the lamb skewers, and sprinkle cumin powder on one side. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put the lamb skewers into the oven and heat up and down 240 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn it over and sprinkle with cumin powder and bake for 5 minutes.
