Grilled Noodles with Mushrooms

Cut the mushrooms into 1cm thick slices → soak the sweet potato noodles in cold water → peel the garlic and pat flat → cut the dried chili into diagonal sections → cut the green onion into the green onion.

Heat oil in a wok → saute garlic and dried chilies.

Add the mushrooms and fry until soft.
