Grilled Octopus

Preparation materials: wash the octopus, coriander, garlic, ginger, and onion.

Cut the onion, slice the garlic and ginger, and cut the coriander into sections.

Add a little oil, salt, thirteen spices, five-spice powder, chicken powder, corn starch, soy sauce, ginger slices and garlic slices to the octopus. Stir well and marinate for 30 minutes to let the octopus taste.

Put tin foil on the baking tray and put onion slices.

Put the tape on top of the onion slices in turn.

The coriander segments are tossed in the marinated octopus juice and dipped in the seasoning.

Sprinkle coriander on top of the octopus.
8.
Put it in a 200-degree oven for about 20 minutes, and it will be crispy and delicious.
