Grilled Octopus with Shredded Radish
1.
Wash the hairtail section to control the moisture, peel and shred the green radish.
2.
Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic. If you are willing to eat spicy, you can add two peppers.
3.
Heat up the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, wait until the oil is 70% hot, and put in the hairtail section.
4.
Fry the hairtail until golden on both sides and take out.
5.
After all the octopus is fried, put it in the pot, put the ginger slices, pour in the cooking wine, cover the pot, and simmer for one minute.
6.
Add green onion, green garlic (1/2 part), salt, soy sauce, chili (or not), a little hot water, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
7.
Pour shredded radish into the pot, cover the hairtail section, and add oyster sauce.
8.
Mix the oyster sauce well, pour in hot water (without shredded radish), cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Tips:
Warm reminder: The amount of the main ingredients of hairtail and radish can be increased or decreased according to the number of people who eat it; each seasoning can also be increased or decreased as appropriate. Adding oyster sauce is very flavorful!
