Grilled Pork

Cut the pork belly into pieces and cook in a pot of cold water. After the water is boiled, remove it and put it in warm water to clean.

Wash the greens and louver knots.

Heat the pan and pour corn oil into it, and fry the meat on low heat until it turns yellow.

Pour in warm water, add bay leaves, star anise, and dried chili. After boiling on high heat, simmer for about 20 minutes.
