Grilled Pork Chop with Black Pepper and Oyster Sauce

Prepare 4 pork chops.

Put the marinade in a container and mix well.

Add pork chops and marinate for at least 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Arrange the marinated pigs in a baking dish lined with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Change the pork chops to another clean baking tray or baking paper, brush with a layer of honey, lower the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
