Grilled Pork Chop with Black Pepper and Oyster Sauce

1. Prepare 4 pork chops.

2. Put the marinade in a container and mix well.

3. Add pork chops and marinate for at least 24 hours.

4. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Arrange the marinated pigs in a baking dish lined with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes.

5. Change the pork chops to another clean baking tray or baking paper, brush with a layer of honey, lower the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

6. Turn it over and brush with a layer of honey, and bake for another 10 minutes.

7. After cooling slightly, cut into pieces and serve on a plate
