Soak the ribs to control the surface moisture, pour in the right amount of oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder, white pepper, marinated meat, green onion, ginger and salt. Grab it by hand. Marinate for 4 hours, or cover Put it on plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
3.
Cover the baking tray with a layer of tin foil, put the marinated ribs in, and put a layer of tin foil on the surface of the ribs and fold the edges.
4.
Preheat the oven in advance, put it in the oven at 220 degrees, and bake for 60 minutes.
5.
Take the tested pork ribs out of the oven, uncover a layer of tin foil, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame on the ribs.
6.
Cover with tin foil and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1: Soak the ribs for 1.5-2 hours, that is, soaking for a long time will take away the nutrients of the ribs.
2: Soaking is to initially remove the blood from the ribs.
3: When marinating the ribs, press the ribs from time to time to quickly let the ribs taste.
4: The longer the marinating time, the more delicious the ribs will be. You can put them in the refrigerator and bake the next day.
5: If you don't like raw roasting, you can blanch the ribs in advance, but the cooking time is not too long, so reduce the roasting time.
6: If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil/chili noodles when marinating the ribs.
7: Because it is wrapped in tin foil, it is fresher and more scented than directly baked in a baking tray.
