Grilled Pork Ribs in Tin Foil

After the ribs are washed, add all the auxiliary seasonings for seasoning, stir evenly, and add ginger slices to remove the fishy. Marinate the ribs overnight in advance and put them in the refrigerator to taste.

Cut the ribs into three sections. Cover the oven with tin foil and place the marinated ribs.

Wrap the ribs in tin foil.

Put it in the middle layer and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 250 degrees in the upper and lower tubes.

Take out the ribs 15 minutes later, put the ribs on the grilling net, brush with a layer of honey and bake for 5 minutes until the ribs are golden brown. After 5 minutes, take out the ribs again and brush them with char siu sauce.

Brush the sauce so that the ribs are baked in the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes.
