Grilled Pork Ribs with Basil

Chop and wash the ribs.

Don't put oil in the pot, put the ribs directly into the dry and stir and serve.

Cut perilla into small pieces, slice ginger, and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pot and saute the ginger and garlic, then put the ribs in.

Pour some light soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Tips:
When the ribs are cooked, put the cucumber strips in the pan. Cucumber strips are easy to cook.
