Since the last time I made squid and found it delicious, I have been in love with this seasoning. I picked it at a friend’s vegetable garden. This time I used it for braising with the ribs. I think the perilla is with meat. The special match. It is delicious, filled with a lot of fragrance.

Grilled Pork Ribs with Basil

1. Chop and wash the ribs.

2. Don't put oil in the pot, put the ribs directly into the dry and stir and serve.

3. Cut perilla into small pieces, slice ginger, and mince garlic.

4. Heat oil in a pot and saute the ginger and garlic, then put the ribs in.

5. Pour some light soy sauce.

6. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

7. Add an appropriate amount of white sugar.

8. Add half a bowl of boiling water.

9. Add some salt to taste.

10. Then put the perilla in.

11. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat and simmer until the ribs are cooked through.

12. Add an appropriate amount of shredded cucumber to a boil until it is broken.

Tips:

When the ribs are cooked, put the cucumber strips in the pan. Cucumber strips are easy to cook.
