Grilled Pork Ribs with Foil Sauce

Cut ribs and wash

Boil the water for about 20 minutes.

Use COOK100 barbecue ingredients, minced garlic, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little water to make a marinade.

Put the ribs in the marinade and mix well, cover with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours. The longer the time, the more delicious it will be.

Cut the tin foil into a rectangular shape (length and width depend on the size of the ribs). Put the ribs on the tin foil, put some juice on the ribs, and then wrap the ribs.

Put the ribs on the grilled net.
