Grilled Pork Ribs with Iron Yam
1.
Rub off the hard thorns on the surface of the iron yam with a wire mesh
2.
Cut into sections after washing
3.
Wash the ribs, blanch and drain the water
4.
Put the ribs in a hot pan with cold oil
5.
Fry until both sides turn yellow and add seasonings: add green onion and peanut soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar and enough water (the water will be dry for a long time)
6.
Simmer for 30 minutes
7.
Add the yam and continue to simmer for 20 minutes. Seeing that the water is not enough, I added hot water in the middle
8.
Collect the juice slowly
9.
Add garlic slices before cooking to enhance the taste, see the saltiness, add appropriate amount of salt, and stir evenly out of the pot
10.
A very delicious dish
