Grilled Pork Ribs with Mushrooms and Chestnuts

Chop ribs into small pieces, add salt, soy sauce and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for half an hour;

Tips:
1. Chestnuts can be easily peeled by boiling them in boiling water.
