Grilled Ribs

Buy the spare ribs and wash them with clean water first

Minced ginger and garlic

Add the minced ginger and garlic, cooking wine, salt, sugar, extremely fresh, cooking sauce, and pork rib sauce

Start to massage the ribs

Then take a fresh-keeping bag, put the ribs in, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for 24 hours

Tips:
When the ribs are marinated, remember to add a small amount of water to the fresh-keeping bag, because when salt and other seasonings are put in, the water in the meat will be lost to some extent, and the ribs will be eaten because of the lack of moisture. Get up and dry the firewood. The way to solve this problem is to put a small amount of water into the bag and pickle it together.
