Grilled Ribs

Thaw and wash the ribs, boil hot water in a large pot, add the ribs to scald the blood for the first time, remove the ribs, re-boil hot water in the pot and add the ribs and cook until 8 minutes cooked

Adjust the sauce (olive oil, black pepper granules, honey, salt, barbecued pork sauce, soy sauce, garlic, onion rings or strips), put the ribs into a preservation bag and marinate in the sauce for half an hour (the night before, marinate in advance for more flavor )

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, spread tin foil on the baking tray, and coat the ribs with olive oil. Place the ribs and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Observe the changes of the ribs, coat the oil and the remaining sauce
