Grilled Ribs with Gluten

Main ingredients: ribs, gluten. Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, peppercorns, spicy skin, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rock sugar

Cut the ribs into large pieces

Blanch it with boiling water

Sliced ginger, spicy skin bubble, cut into sections

Gluten cut into chunks

Heat the pan with cold oil, heat 70% of the oil and stir-fry the ribs for moisture

Stir-fry the cooking wine evenly, stir fry the star anise, peppercorns, spicy peel, cinnamon, and nutmeg to create a fragrance

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Stir fry for a while to color

Add water and rock sugar to a boil

Turn to low heat and cover, cook for 40 minutes

Tips:
It’s best to add water to boil the ribs at one time and then add water in the middle. You can add boiling water and rock sugar can’t add more, just a small piece.
