Grilled Ribs with Hericium

Wash the Hericium erinaceus and soak it in cold water, changing the water in due course

Tear the Hericium erinaceus in the soaking hair into small pieces and continue soaking the hair

Soaked Hericium edodes squeeze out water

Put the soaked Hericium edodes into a boiling pot and cook for 20 minutes, then remove and drain the water

Tips:
1. Soak the Hericium erinaceus, change the water, and blanch the water to remove the bitterness.
2. The ribs are very versatile. If there is no Hericium erinaceus, it is also very good to use other mushrooms with the ribs.
3. White sugar or rock sugar can be used for frying sugar.
