Grilled Ribs with Hericium

Wash and soak the Hericium erinaceus with cold water, changing the water in due course.

Tear the Hericium erinaceus in the soaking hair into small pieces and continue soaking the hair.

Squeeze the water out of the soaked Hericium.

Put the soaked Hericium erinaceus into a boiling pot and cook for 20 minutes, then remove and drain the water.

Wash the ribs and soak them in cold water for 20 minutes, changing the water in due course.

Drain the ribs into the boiling pot, blanch them, and remove them to drain.

Start the frying pan, brown sugar into the pan and fry the sugar color.

Stir-fry the sugar color, and fry the ribs in the pan.

Add soy sauce, green onion and ginger, and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, cover the pot and cook. Bring the fire to a boil, change the fire to a low heat and stir fry at the right time during the time.

After 20 minutes, put the hericium edodes into the pot and cook.

Cook until the ingredients are 9 minutes cooked, add salt, fry evenly, cover the pot and continue to cook. Boil until the ingredients are cooked, then turn off the heat after collecting the juice.

Tips:
1. Soak the Hericium erinaceus, change the water, and blanch the water to remove the bitterness.
2. The ribs are very versatile. If there is no Hericium erinaceus, it is also very good to use other mushrooms with the ribs.
3. White sugar or rock sugar can be used for frying sugar.
