Grilled Ribs with Sauce and Honey Sauce
1.
The ribs are cut into such strips, I have 7 (because the air fryer can only hold so much), about 610g
2.
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 5g of salt, 15g of sugar, 5g of soybean paste, 8g of oyster sauce, 10g of honey to make a marinated juice
3.
Put the ribs in and marinate overnight.
4.
Turn the bottom the next morning to let the marinade blend evenly into the ribs
5.
Preheat at 190 degrees for three minutes, spread the tin foil, arrange the ribs, and pour in the marinade
6.
Bake for 8 minutes at 150 degrees.
7.
Open, it has changed color. Turn it over and bake for another 8 minutes.
8.
Turn it on again, at this point the color is very beautiful. Turn it over, turn the machine to 180 degrees, for 6 minutes, repeat this step twice.
9.
Baked, very beautiful colors
Tips:
1. I use an air fryer, which is very convenient. Of course, it can also be used in an oven, about 175 degrees, and bake it to the extent you like, just flip the bottom in the middle.
2. This marinated sauce has a sauce-flavored style, so it puts soybean paste. If you like simple honey-glazed grilled ribs, you can reduce the amount of soybean paste or even not use soybean paste. If you have char siu sauce, you can add some Barbecued pork with sauce, add a little more sugar and it becomes honey-glazed grilled ribs
