Grilled Roche Shrimp in Sauce

Ingredients: South American shrimp, garlic, sliced ginger, chives, seasoning: cooking wine, soy sauce, beef sauce, salt, sugar (spicy can be replaced with spicy sauce)

The South American prawns are cleaned and drained thoroughly, and the back is cut open (to make the prawns more delicious)

Add garlic in vegetable oil pot and saute ginger slices
