Grilled Salted Fish with Edamame

Prepare the ingredients!

Chop small pieces of salted fish and soak in water for two hours to remove excess salt.

Dehull the edamame.

Heat the pan with cold oil and stir in the chives and ginger.

Add the soaked fish pieces and stir-fry them evenly.

Add edamame, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar.

Stir fry evenly.

Bring to a boil with a little water and simmer for about ten minutes on low heat.

Braised salted fish with edamame is just fine!
Tips:
1. Pickled salted fish is better to choose herring, with thick meat, few thorns and fragrant taste.
2. Soak the salted fish first to remove excess salt, and add more sugar to taste more delicious.
