Grilled Saury

Remove the gills of the saury, clean the internal organs, wash them, cut the ginger into shreds and slice the garlic, and cut the pepper into sections for use

Cut three shallow knives on each side of the saury fish body for better taste

First use a tablespoon of salt to marinate the saury all over the body for ten to twenty minutes to firm up the meat, then rinse off the excess salt and drain the water.

All seasonings except pepper, cumin powder and chili powder are mixed with saury and marinated for 30 minutes

The marinated fish is filled with chili and ginger garlic in the fish maw and placed on the grill

Sprinkle saury with pepper, cumin powder and chili powder on each side

Bake the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. When the oven is preheated, the fish will be sent to the upper middle layer of the oven. Place a baking tray on the bottom layer and add a layer of tin foil to prevent the oil from dripping onto the heating tube.

I like to bake it more burnt, more fragrant
