1. Clean up the sea bass.

2. Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

4. Fry the fish on a low heat.

6. Add appropriate amount of water and adjust to medium heat, add some very fresh soy sauce.
