Grilled Sea Bass

Clean up the sea bass.

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Fry the fish on a low heat.

Turn it over and fry it.

Add appropriate amount of water and adjust to medium heat, add some very fresh soy sauce.

Add some oyster sauce.
8.
Add some cooking wine to get rid of the fishy.
9.
Add the right amount of salt.
10.
Add some sugar to taste.
11.
Simmer on medium heat until the soup thickens, then turn off the heat and take out.
12.
Sprinkle chopped coriander out of the pot and pour the soup on the fish.
Tips:
When cleaning the fish, remove the black film from the belly of the fish. This black film has a strong smell.
