Grilled Sea Oysters with Garlic

Wash the sea oysters, pry them apart, and spread them on the tin foil baking tray. Put the cooking wine and salt it a little bit.

Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the minced garlic over low heat, and evenly sprinkle on each oyster. Put Thai pepper segments and chopped green onions. If you like soy sauce, you can add a little soy sauce.

Preheat the oven two times, put on the middle layer, bake for about 12-15 minutes, master it by yourself, take it out and eat it.
Tips:
1. The oysters are not easy to pry open. I used a trick to clean the steamer and steam it for 1-2 minutes. The mouth is almost open, so I can pry it open.
2. I don't like to put less or no soy sauce when the color is too light.
