Grilled Seafood with Cream Cheese

The butter melts in the pan

Dice the onion into the pan, add salt and black pepper, stir-fry until the onion is golden brown, add flour, and stir-fry until the flour changes color

Add hot milk and stir quickly until it is thick. Keep the fire under low heat and keep stirring for about 20 minutes until the minced onion is soft.

Remove the prawns, wash the fish and cut into pieces, marinate the fish and prawns with dry white

Fish and shrimp, diced mushrooms, pickles, mix well with cream sauce, spread on a baking dish/porcelain dish and sprinkle thick slices/blocks of mozzarella cheese on the surface

Preheat the oven at 190C, bake for 15-20min, turn to 205C, bake for 5min to make the surface color
