Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms with Garlic

Peel the garlic and mince, wash the chili to remove the stalk and cut into circles.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stalks, set aside.

Pour the oil into the pan and saute the minced garlic and chili rings on low heat.

Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar and stir well.

Put the shiitake mushrooms bottom side up in the baking dish.

Put the pesto juice on top of the shiitake mushrooms and add an appropriate amount of cumin powder.
7.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put it into the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
