Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms with Minced Meat

Mince pork belly.

Spicy mince garlic and millet.

Put oil in the pan, add the minced pork and stir-fry until the color changes, add minced garlic, millet spicy, stir fry for a fragrant flavor, pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper powder, cumin powder, and stir-fry for a minute or two.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, remove the roots, gently grab a large amount of water, and place them on the ACA non-stick gold plate. Cut the uneven bottom with a knife.

Use a small spoon to put the minced meat on top of the mushrooms and preheat the oven.

Put the baking tray into the ACA oven preheated at 200 degrees, middle level, about 10 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only, please adjust according to the temper of your own oven).

After baking it out, it was really fragrant and delicious. Before it could be plated, it was robbed.
Tips:
Shiitake mushrooms contain a lot of dietary fiber, which is difficult to digest. People with weak spleen and stomach should eat less
