I am quite entangled in calling it grilled silver carp or stewed silver carp...
The appearance is not very good, because it is the first time I have cooked fish, and I have never cooked such a large dish, so my excited hands tremble all the time. As a result, the poor fish is turned over...
but! It tastes really good! Really!

Ingredients

1. Cut the silver carp clean and cut into two (because my pot is too small, if you have a big pot, you don’t need to cut it)

3. Put the cleaned fish in a basin, cut it with a flower knife for easy taste (I forgot to cut...) Pour in soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic, massage for a while, and marinate for about half an hour
