Grilled Squid Skewers
1.
Fresh squid remove the internal organs and tear off the black film on the surface
2.
Cut the squid into wide strips, add some cooking wine and fish sauce to marinate for 10 minutes
3.
String the squid with bamboo sticks
4.
Put the hoisin sauce, oil and light soy sauce in a bowl and mix well to make a sauce
5.
Brush the sauce on the surface of the squid skewers, repeatedly brush up and down evenly
6.
Spread tin foil on a baking sheet to catch the oil, place it on the lower level of the oven, and preheat the oven
7.
The squid skewers are placed on the grilling net and placed in the oven box
8.
The function keys of the oven are adjusted to the upper and lower fire, the temperature is adjusted to 220 degrees, and the time is adjusted to 8 minutes
9.
After the time is over, take out the squid skewers, brush the sauce on both sides again, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of cumin powder
10.
Then put it in the oven at the same temperature and bake for about 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. Hoisin sauce and light soy sauce are already salty enough, there is no need to add additional salt, the oil can be slightly more, otherwise the grilled squid will be too dry;
2. Don't cut the squid too narrow, because it will shrink a lot when grilled. Squid is easy to cook, it is not easy to bake for too long, otherwise the taste will become hard;
3. The roasting time and temperature should be adjusted according to your own oven.
