Grilled Squid with Cumin

Remove the internal organs, wash and cut into small strips, cover them with plastic wrap (I took the time to cut them and place them, if you make them now, you don't need to cover them with plastic wrap)

Add sliced green onion, ginger, salt, and light soy sauce in your hands and marinate for ten minutes

Preheat the oven, spread tin foil on the baking tray, use chopsticks to hold the squid strips flat on the baking tray, and brush with a layer of corn oil

Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 12 minutes at 200 degrees

When bake for 5 minutes, take out the baking tray and turn over the squid, and brush it with corn oil again

Bake until 2 minutes are left, take out and add cumin powder, sprinkle more, and mix well
