Grilled Squid with Shallots and Garlic

Main ingredients: shallot, garlic, squid

Clean up the squid and cut into strips

Cut the shallots

Boil water in a pot, add the squid and blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain the water

Heat oil, add garlic, stir fry slowly
6.
Stir-fry the garlic to slightly yellow, add the shallots, and stir-fry them until fragrant

Add the squid and stir well

Add some oyster sauce

Stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste

After continuing to stir well, turn off the heat

Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste
Tips:
1. After the garlic is in the pot, fry it over a small fire to prevent it from being fry.
2. If there is no onion, you can add proper amount of onion.
