Grilled Squid with Shallots and Garlic

1. Main ingredients: shallot, garlic, squid

2. Clean up the squid and cut into strips

3. Cut the shallots

4. Boil water in a pot, add the squid and blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain the water

5. Heat oil, add garlic, stir fry slowly

6. Stir-fry the garlic to slightly yellow, add the shallots, and stir-fry them until fragrant

7. Add the squid and stir well

8. Add some oyster sauce
