Grilled Squid Wrapped Rice

All the ingredients are ready. After peeling the green beans, rinse off the white inner membrane with water

Put a few drops of white vinegar in the basin and soak the squid for about ten minutes

Steamed glutinous rice

Green peas and carrot diced ready

Put two kinds of vegetables in the pot and blanch them

Fish out to control dry water

Squid peel off the skin

Tips:
1. Soak the squid in white vinegar water to easily remove the skin on the surface.
2. Don't overfill glutinous rice. It will rise a little when roasted.
