Grilled Steak with Shiitake Mushrooms and Black Fungus

Ingredients: black fungus (soaked and washed)

Fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed)

Large row (cleaned)

Ginger slices, rock sugar

Chop the big row on the chopping board with a knife back and cut it open, set aside.

Afterwards, lower the cut large row into a pot of clean water, put the ginger slices, and blanch them, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the blanched large row and stir fry.

Then, pour in water, add some cooking wine and boil for a while.

Then, combine the black fungus and shiitake mushrooms, stir and bring to a boil.
