Grilled String Beans with Bone Ginseng

After washing the kidney beans, remove the tendons at both ends, and then cut them into small pieces.

Peel and chop garlic, prepare some bone ginseng.

Heat the wok, pour in oil and heat, add garlic and bone ginseng to fry for a nice aroma.

Pour into a bowl of water and boil.

Tips:
1. Bone ginseng is a pickled food that contains heavy salt. This dish should be less or no salt.
2. The cooking time of kidney beans should be long, and the kidney beans should be cooked thoroughly, otherwise poisoning will occur.
